Well, in truth it's really my story!

Lying on a hospital trolley at 3:30 am...

...I wasn't actually dying, although it felt like it. What I had wasn't life threatening, but when you're feeling like death these things worm their way onto the forefront of your mind and become all consuming thoughts.

So it was that I started reflecting on my life and work. As I looked back and put the microscope on my career, two themes kept recurring... People and Change.

Something else...

...became apparent from my death-bed introspection... I had consistently used my skills over the years to get Results by building highly effective, self-motivating, empowered teams.

Inevitably, when time came to set up my own business it had to be centred on those themes. In 2004 the Transformer Partnership was set up to create organisational change by transforming people's personal and business effectiveness.  Then, in June 2011, the Transformer Partnership morphed into The UK Leadership Academy to bring this process to a wider audience.

It's simpy amazing to have the opportunity to work with clients, helping them achieve in months the things which took me many years of heart-ache and toil to learn.

We are richly blessed to be able to do this work and meet so many incredible people.  I look forward to meeting you soon.
