1-2-1 Brilliant:Leadership! Coaching

Wherever you are on your leadership journey - a newly promoted manager or a seasoned board professional wanting some new skills to deal with difficult colleagues or situations - our coaching and mentoring programmes make certain you get the results you want.

You will:

• understand how your leadership style is influencing the outcomes you are getting
• develop alternative styles for different situations and different people
• learn what makes a great leader
• identify skills you can work on to boost your performance
• learn how to be an inspirational and Brilliant Leader

As one of our 1-2-1 clients you will continue to receive support for as long as you want it.  Even after the programme finishes, we maintain regular contact to make sure everything is on track, all as part of the service.

Brilliant:Leadership! Intensive

Designed to give immediate and deep change, our two day intensive Brilliant:Leadership! workshop will take you to a new level.

• Working as a group, we analyse your behavioural preferences and examine how these affect the people you lead. This involves a degree of personal disclosure, so you need to be comfortable with sharing in a supportive environment. Our job is to create a safe space where this can happen, and facilitate the transformations that come out of the process.
• We'll help you create your own personalised Leadership Action Plan and provide you with a Brilliant:Leadership! Workbook full of useful tips, tools and exercises for you to build on the learning from the course.
• Included as part of the course is follow on support to ensure you achieve the goals you've set in your Action Plan.

As well as our open courses, we can provide Brilliant:Leadership! Intensives for your company, making it specific to your requirements and keeping confidential information in house.

Brilliant:Leadership! Distance Learning

For those on a limited budget, or just wanting a taster before making a full commitment, we are developing a range of Brilliant:Leadership! audio programmes and workbooks.
